Founded by the Shinner family in 1957, the Priory Farm Estate covers over 100 acres of glorious pasture, ancient woodland and beautiful lakes.

At the heart of our community for nearly 65 years, today, you’ll find our award-winning farm shop and gift barn, our much-loved family adventure trail, fishing lakes, seasonal pick-your-own and event venue.

Farm Shop

Our Farm Shop takes pride of place here on the Priory Farm Estate, regularly voted among the best in Surrey for high-quality produce. Packed with all the essentials, including the freshest seasonal selection of fruit and vegetables, a wide range of meat in our friendly butchery, delectable cheeses, baked goods and deli treats.

Discovery Walk

Enjoy a family adventure in the great outdoors. Our much-loved Discovery Walk is set amongst 40 acres of beautiful countryside, welcoming visitors of all ages throughout the seasons. Open all year, The Discovery Walk is the perfect place for healthy outdoor activity with family and friends.

Gift Barn

Inspiring gift ideas and home accessories for you and your loved ones. Located a stone’s throw from the farm shop, you can find the Gift Barn just across the car park from our Farm Shop. You’ll find a wide range of gifts and homeware for the whole family, handpicked by our team.

New Butchery coming soon

As many of you may have already seen, at the end of last year we started work on our Farm Shop extension, which will be the home of our brand new Butchery.
