Scotch Eggs

Handmade in Sussex with the highest welfare standards. From their happy flock of hens laying the eggs, to the free range pork that surrounds them, these Scotch Eggs really are egg-cellent.

Smoked Fish

We use two smokeries to supply our smoked Fish: Severn & Wye Smokey and Charlie’s Trout. Severn & Wye Smokery, is based in the Forest of Dean between two of England’s most celebrated salmon rivers, where they practise the old fashioned art of smoking only the highest quality fish. Charlies Trout have a smokery in Petworth, West Sussex, and their trout is raised in the Wiltshire Avon & then smoked in traditional kilns.
