Choose from our succulent Christmas turkeys. Our whole free-range birds are from Meadowbrook Farm in Sussex, proudly awarded 3 Stars at the Great Taste Awards. Raised in small flocks that roam grassy paddocks, these birds deliver rich, full flavour. Or, opt for a boneless rolled turkey of tender white breast meat from J&R Sheffield, a family-run farm producing farm-fresh turkeys since 1950, traditionally tied for easy carving and effortless festive feasting.

Here at Priory Farm we offer a wide selection of poultry to bring some festive cheer to the Christmas dinner table. Our premium range of poultry is both delicious and versatile. Why not try our Three Bird Roast, featuring Turkey, Duck and Guinea Fowl filled with flavour, our succulent and rich Whole Duck or a traditional Goose for the ultimate festive treat. Our Free Range Chicken is sourced from Sutton Hoo in Suffolk, who produce great tasting poultry with a huge emphasis on bird welfare and sustainable farming. Our St George’s Chickens are sourced from a family Suffolk based farm, for consumers with the interest of animal welfare at heart and a preference for antibiotic free produce.

If you want to make a big impression for Christmas dinner, look no further than a Beef Wellington. Handmade here in the Priory Farm Kitchen, our Beef Wellington includes tender beef fillet, sautéed mushroom duxelles, rolled in Parma ham and buttery puff pastry for a grand centrepiece.

Treat yourself this festive season with our premium selection of beef steaks, expertly prepared to deliver unbeatable flavour and tenderness. From juicy sirloins and melt-in-the-mouth fillets to rich, marbled ribeyes, our steaks are the perfect choice for a show-stopping festive meal.

We dry-age our beef to create a remarkable quality product with enhanced flavour and tenderness. For something special, opt for beef sourced from Pasture for Life certified farms, where herds of cattle are raised entirely on pasture with no cereals, proven to offer the highest nutritional values and flavour.

Our selection of free range pork joints are sourced from Blythburgh, Suffolk. This rare breed pork offers rich marbling synonymous with native slower growing breeds. We’ve got plenty to choose from, including our succulent slow roast pork shoulder to our very own twist on the classic Porchetta. The best bit? The most wonderful, crispy crackling of course!

The Christmas Gammon, is there anything more magical that brings so much joy with leftovers for days? Gammon is a traditional favourite for your Christmas menu, whether served as part of your festive feast, or as a centrepiece. Our gammon joints are traditionally brine-cured and air dried to create a wonderful flavour and sublime texture. Cut from free range pork, these joints are ideal for glazing at home.

Sourced from Charles in West Sussex, our lamb is a delicious alternative centrepiece for your festive feast. Our Leg of Lamb is popular due to it’s dark, melt-in-the-mouth meat and meat-to-bone ratio, making this one easy to carve at the dinner table. One of the most delicious cuts for slow cooking, our Shoulder of Lamb simply requires a low and slow heat to bring out its deliciously rich and rounded depth of flavour.

The rich flavour of venison makes it a beautiful treat for your Christmas meal – dark, lean and deliciously tender. This Christmas, choose from a Haunch or Loin to treat your family and friends.

To ensure our Christmas collections run as smoothly as possible, collections will only be available during your booked collection slot.

If you require multiple orders for collection on separate dates throughout the festive season, please submit separate orders.

Deposits

Please note we require a £40 deposit to secure your Christmas Butchery order.

This value will be deducted from your final payment upon collection. Our deposits are non-refundable.
