'Tis the season for a jingle!
Fern, Timber and Pebble are tuning up their instruments and warming up their voices – because their favourite Christmas song is back! Grandmother Nature has written them a very special version of the Twelve Days of Christmas… and you’re invited to join in the fun!
Follow our seasonal trail through Discovery Land and discover 12 larger-than-life stops. From rustic reindeer and sparkling stars to giant snowflakes and frosty snowmen – every stop has music, magic and festive fun to explore.

Play, Climb and Discover
Designed to spark the imagination of adults and children alike, you’ll explore our sensory play areas, climbing features, interactive challenges and see some of our most beloved Discovery Land features shine in a whole new light.
Don’t forget to capture the magic under our Star Tunnel, snap a photo or two with our Giant Wreath Rainbow or Festive Giant’s Chair, and, of course, hop aboard Father Christmas’ Sleigh!

Outdoor Fun for all the Family
Whether you’re belting out the chorus, admiring the view or posing for a festive family photo, this trail is designed to bring seasonal cheer to all the family.
So dust off those vocal cords, wrap up warm and let the music guide you through a world of wonder.
Sing loud, shine bright, and make magical memories with us on our Christmas trail!
Discovery Land is an outdoor family nature trail, taking you through ancient woodland, green pastures, meadows and around our lakes. The whole trail is outdoors, so wrap up warm and get ready for a festive day out in nature!
Is the Winter Trail an evening lights trail?
Whilst we will have some of our beloved features twinkling all day in true festive style, the Winter Trail will not be running into the evening for a light trail experience.

Professional Photo Shoots

Any photographs taken by visitors to Discovery Land shall be for personal use only and shall not be published, sold, used for commercial purposes, lodged with photographic libraries or like purposes without prior consent of Priory Farm Estate Limited.
Do you offer SEND sessions?
We don’t currently offer dedicated SEND sessions at Discovery Land. However, our 40-acre outdoor setting offers plenty of space to explore at your own pace, with quieter areas where families can take a break from the busier parts of the trail.
For a significantly quieter visit, we recommend coming first thing in the morning or during off-peak times, when Discovery Land is generally calmer.
As Discovery Land is set within a natural outdoor environment, some areas of the trail have hilly, uneven or bumpy ground, and access for wheelchairs is very limited. Wheelchair users may therefore find it most suitable to stay around the main entrance and Village Green area. We do not charge admission for wheelchair users to reflect these access limitations.
If you have specific accessibility or SEND requirements, please get in touch with us before visiting so we can help you understand what to expect.
Need to make a change to your booking?
