Ingredients
150ml Mermaid Pink Gin
100ml Apple Juice 100ml
Top with Tonic
Slice of cucumber
Sprig of mint
Ice

Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add the gin and apple juice.
- Top with tonic.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
- and a slice of cucumber.
