Beef Butchery Demo and Supper
Wednesday 24th July, 6:30pm
We are excited to announce the first of our Butchery events, celebrating the finest Pasture For Life beef.
Join our experienced Butcher’s Andy and Austin, as they demonstrate the art of breaking down a forequarter of beef. They will guide you through their techniques and explain the different cuts and their uses, giving you valuable insights into the craft of Butchery.
Discover where our meat comes from and meet one of our esteemed beef farmers from Kent based Court Farm, who will be sharing information on their Pasture for Life farming methods, sustainable practices and commitment to quality.
After the demonstration, you’ll be seated around our shared dining tables to savour a delicious meal featuring a variety of Pasture For Life beef cuts. Our menu will be complemented by a selection of seasonally inspired sides, showcasing the very best of our Farm Shop produce.

Join us at the Farm Shop as we journey across the globe for our New World vs Old World Wine Tasting Evening. Guided by our experienced wine tutor, we’ll explore a carefully curated selection of fine wines, delving into the fascinating contrasts between New World and Old World styles.
Taste and compare a selection of our favorites as you uncover the rich stories, unique flavours and craftsmanship behind each bottle. Will the bold innovation of the New World captivate you, or will the timeless elegance of the Old World steal your heart?
To complete the evening, enjoy a delicious array of artisan cheeses and nibbles from our Deli, including our very own Priory Farm chutneys.
