Priory Farm began life as a working farm, with a strong connection to good food and the surrounding land.

That spirit of care, craft and quality still sits at the heart of everything we do today.

In recent years, we’ve been focusing on growing the range of food we make here on the Estate.

From our Farmhouse Kitchen, our talented team of chefs create an ever-expanding collection of dishes and products, using carefully chosen ingredients and championing seasonal and local produce wherever possible.

From comforting classics such as our beef wellingtons to everyday favourites like our coleslaw, our products are made with skill, attention to detail and a real respect for provenance.

To help you spot them, look out for our new ‘Made in the Farmhouse Kitchen’ logo – a small mark of pride that shows a product has been prepared here on the Estate by our own team. You’ll find it across our Deli and Butchery, and on our Café counters too.

Hand-made here in our Farmhouse Kitchen using buttery pastry featuring Wild Farmed flour and a rich, creamy filling made with local, free-range eggs.

Made in small batches, these quiches are delicious served warm or cold and ideal for lunch, picnics, or an easy supper.

Wild Farmed flour is produced using regenerative farming practices that support healthier soils and nature – something we’re proud to use.

Alongside our core favourites, we’ll be introducing seasonal specials throughout the year.

Our Beef Wellingtons are crafted to be a true centrepiece. We use tender beef fillet from our Butchery, topped with sautéed mushroom duxelles, wrapped in Parma ham, and encased in golden, latticed puff pastry stamped with our signature Priory Farm logo.

Each wellington is prepared by hand using carefully sourced ingredients and a time-honoured technique, resulting in a rich, flavourful dish.

Available in sizes for 2 people or 4–6 people, they’re perfect for special occasions, celebrations, or a memorable Sunday feast at home.
