Your favourite fairy, Tinselbottom & the Evergreen Elves will be eagerly awaiting to see you in the heart of the fairy forest. Through the wonders of storytelling and song, you will be transported into The Land of Christmas Wishes.
Will Mary Christmas be able to finish everything on time before the Christmas clock chimes? Henry Husky will be making sure all the Festive Folk are ready and no one misses out on the magic of Christmas!

A Theatrical Experience
Get ready to be transported into a magical world of Christmas. Through storytelling, song and special effects, we will take you through to The Land of Christmas Wishes, creating a theatrical experience you and your family will remember forever.
The Journey To Meet Father Christmas
As you eagerly wait for your Christmas adventure to begin, look out for the Evergreen Elf who will invite you into the Fairy Forest, but only if you believe in the magic! Within our enchanted Fairy Forest, Tinslebottom eagerly anticipates your arrival. She’ll need your help to navigate through to The Land of Christmas Wishes, where Mary Christmas is busy preparing for the big day!
Meeting Father Christmas
At the end of your festive journey, each family will be invited to see Father Christmas individually. You’ll have the opportunity to share your Christmas wishes and capture plenty of magical moments on camera. Remember to bring along your letter as well!
A Special Gift
Each Small Festive Folk will receive a special gift from none other than Father Christmas himself.

Please Note
A Small Festive Folk is someone aged between 0 months and 12 years. A Big Festive Folk is some aged 12 years or over, including adults. A Baby Festive Folk is someone aged between 0 to 6 months who is accompanied by a Small Festive Folk (0-12 years). Each booking must contain at least one Big Festive Folk and one Small Festive Folk.
For older children aged 12+ that wish to receive a gift from Father Christmas, you are welcome to book a Small Festive Folk ticket.
Please note tickets to The Father Christmas Experience do not include entry to Christmas at Discovery Land.

When does the Father Christmas Experience take place?
Performances of The Father Christmas Experience take place on select dates between Saturday 18th November and Sunday 24th December.
Where does the experience take place?
The Father Christmas Experience takes place in the Garden Centre at Priory Farm Estate. As you enter the garden centre, turn right and will see the Father Christmas check in desk.
How many people attend each session?
Each experience welcomes up to 20 guests / 4-5 families.
How long does the Father Christmas Experience last?
Your Father Christmas Experience will last approximately 30 mins.
Do you offer sessions for children with special needs?
Yes, we offer a small number of sessions for children with special needs. These are offered on a Sunday morning before the Garden Centre is open, allowing for smaller groups, no queues and a relaxed and calm environment. These sessions do include music throughout the show, however, the music will be at a lower level for these performances. If you are interested in booking tickets to a special needs sessions, please contact us via email on christmasexperience@prioryfarmestate.co.uk. Please note children with special needs are very welcome to attend any of our performances.
Is it suitable for wheelchair users?
Yes, The Father Christmas Experience is suitable for wheelchair users.
Can I bring my dog?
Only registered guide dogs are permitted entry to this experience.
Can I bring a child in a pushchair?
Pushchairs are not permitted within the experience. There is an area on site where you can leave your pushchairs before entering the experience. Priory Farm will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Is parking available?
There is free parking on site but please allow yourself enough time. In peak session it does get very busy.
What time do we need to arrive?
Please ensure to arrive at least 5 mins prior to your booked performance time. The Father Christmas is set to a strict timetable, please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time before your scheduled entry slot. Late entry will result in you missing some of the show and activities. Management reserves the right to refuse late entry if it causes disruption to the show.
Will every family get to meet Father Christmas?
Each family will enjoy a 1:1 visit to see Father Christmas in his office in The Land of Christmas Wishes. Here, you will have the opportunity to meet and speak to Father Christmas, take plenty of photos and receive a very special gift. Don’t forget you can bring your letter along too!
Can children attend without an adult?
No, all children must be accompanied by an adult. Each booking must contain at least one Big Festive Folk and one Small Festive Folk.
What facilities are available?
Toilets and baby-changing facilities are available within our Garden Centre, where the experience is located.
Can I take photos and videos?
There are opportunities to take photos and videos throughout the experience, please snap away and capture the wonderful memories. The Evergreen Elves will be on hand to take photos for you with Father Christmas with your own phone or device.
Please be aware we may carry out video recording or photography whilst you are visiting us and may use the images for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be filmed, please contact us on christmasexperience@prioryfarmestate.co.uk before your visit and let us know the date and time you are booked to attend.
What food/drink is available on the Priory Farm Estate?
Please note food and drink is not permitted within the experience. A selection of food and drinks options will be available for you and your family to enjoy prior or post your visit to The Father Christmas Experience. Here on the Priory Farm Estate, you’ll also find our Garden Room Café (located within the Garden Centre) and our Farm Shop, where you can pick up lots of delicious items to enjoy!
I can no longer make it, can I cancel my booking?
Sorry, tickets are non refundable. As per our booking terms, you are welcome to transfer your booking to an alternative date subject to an account being set up with us upon booking. Please see below for further details.
I can no longer make it, can I move my booking to an alternative date?
Tickets are transferable to another date up to 12 hours before your scheduled visit, for all ticket purchasers who have created an Account upon booking your tickets. This allows you to manage your booking and change the date and time of your visit, should you need to, a minimum of 12 hours prior to your booked date. Making any changes to your booking will incur a small administration fee of £0.50 per person. Tickets will not be transferable for ticket purchases who do not create an Account upon booking. Please note, ticket transfers are subject to availability. No refunds will be issued if you miss or are late to the experience.
