Ingredients
50ml Two Birds Strawberry & Vanilla Gin
25ml Cranberry Juice
15ml Lime Juice
1/2 Egg White (from 1 egg)
5 Strawberries
Ice
All ingredients are available to purchase in our Farm Shop
Method
In to a mixing glass, muddle 5 strawberries.
Add all other ingredients and ice.
Shake for 30 seconds.
Double strain into a cold coupé glass.
