We are building a brand new Garden Room Café, and the construction work is well underway. We couldn’t be more excited about the transformations taking place.

We are pleased to announce that the new kitchen construction is progressing and is on track for completion by the end of October. This state-of-the-art kitchen will not only enhance our culinary capabilities but also contribute to quicker and more efficient service, ultimately reducing customer waiting times.

The next step of our transition plan involves moving our team of chefs to the new kitchen space, while maintaining our operations within the current café seating area. 

As part of the project, we’re improving both the customer-facing and behind-the-scenes aspects of our café. We’ll be developing enhanced storage and cleaning facilities that will play a pivotal role in the seamless functioning of our cafe’s back-end operations. 

An inviting new outdoor dining area is also in the works, along with an engaging children’s play area that will provide safe and enjoyable space for families. All of these enhancements are due for completion by Easter 2024.

Last but by no means least, we will be closing our existing indoor customer seating area, an entirely new space encompassing dining, an order counter, and an expansion of our bakery display. Your valuable feedback has played an integral role in shaping these enhancements, and we’re committed to improving the acoustics, warmth, and overall ambiance for the best possible dining experience.

We very much appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to create a more welcoming and enjoyable environment for you all, and hope it hasn’t caused too much inconvenience on recent visits. We know that these improvements have resulted in some disruption and at times, a less tidy appearance than usual.
