Horticulture Sales Assistant

Job Type: Full Time
Department: Garden Centre
We’re on the lookout for a knowledgeable plantloving, people-person to join the team in our newly refurbished Garden Centre. Working mainly in the outdoor plant area, this role will suit someone who is naturally helpful, attentive and able to adapt to the changeable demands of the business. This is a physically demanding role involving standing for long periods and regular lifting – please consider this before applying.

Farm Shop Assistant

Job Type: Part Time
Department: Farm Shop
Priory Farm Estate is offering an ideal opportunity to hone customer service skills within a busy retail environment. Full training will be available for the candidate who is able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Please note that all shop floor roles are fairly manual and involve being on your feet, lifting and carrying.

Warehouse Supervisor

Job Type: Full Time
Department: Garden Centre
As the Garden Centre’s first Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the overall condition and organisation of the warehouse, manage inbound deliveries, and coordinate the distribution of goods. The role also includes delivering products to customers’ homes, typically on Friday, with up to 10 deliveries in the South East, though this may vary throughout the year.

Garden Centre Assistant

We are seeking a passionate Garden Centre Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for vibrant merchandising. The post holder will play a crucial role in assisting customers, and ensuring the garden centre is an inviting and inspiring space. Please note that all shop floor roles are fairly manual and involve being on your feet, lifting and carrying.

Garden Room Cafe Assistant

Job Type: Part Time
Department: Garden Room Café
We are recruiting for an energetic Café Assistant with Barista experience join our friendly Front of House team in our constantly evolving food and retail business. Our busy Café, located at the heart of the Garden Centre, seats a maximum of 200 hungry diners, all of whom will require a courteous, friendly, and efficient service from our Café Assistants. Please note this role will require the ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Chef

Job Type: Full Time
Department: Garden Room Café
Set within a beautiful country estate, we offer a fresh and exciting take on breakfast and brunch. All dishes are made from scratch using high-quality, seasonal ingredients in our brand-new, state-of-the-art kitchen. Our chefs are at the heart of what we do, delivering consistently outstanding dishes that are both memorable and beautifully presented.

Casual / Flexible Roles

These roles are just as vital to our teams, providing much needed support during our busiest trading periods. If you have educational, family or other commitments and can only work irregular hours, then this could be the role for you.
