Working mainly in the outdoor plant area, this role will suit someone who is naturally helpful, attentive and able to adapt to the changeable demands of the business. As the Garden Centre’s first Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the overall condition and organisation of the warehouse, manage inbound deliveries, and coordinate the distribution of goods. The role also includes delivering products to customers’ homes, typically on Friday, with up to 10 deliveries in the South East, though this may vary throughout the year.

The post holder will play a crucial role in assisting customers, and ensuring the garden centre is an inviting and inspiring space. We are recruiting for an energetic Café Assistant with Barista experience join our friendly Front of House team in our constantly evolving food and retail business. Our busy Café, located at the heart of the Garden Centre, seats a maximum of 200 hungry diners, all of whom will require a courteous, friendly, and efficient service from our Café Assistants. Please note this role will require the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
