With a warm and welcoming rural charm – The Lambing Barn is a new venue on the Priory Farm estate set in the stunning Surrey countryside.
We have created The Lambing Barn to be a flexible venue to hire for a whole host of events. Expertly hand-crafted by carpenters and with an integral, newly-fitted kitchen, the barn’s doors open onto a flagstone patio with steps leading to the meadow – all exclusively yours for your venue hire period.

We have a beautiful half-acre private field dedicated to parties with uninterrupted views down to one of our lakes and our large Blueberry Barn, with seating and facilities.
