The Lambing Barn at Priory Farm is one of Surrey’s newest private party venues. Maybe you’re planning a 50th birthday party or a golden wedding anniversary for all the family – if so, hiring the barn, terrace and meadow for exclusive use gives you tremendous flexibility.
Our venue is a stylish, blank canvas, so you can create the party of your dreams for your celebrations. You are welcome to choose whatever food you fancy, supply your own drinks, and make the most of having your very own, private meadow.
Please note that live music/bands are not permitted and music can only be played through our provided sound system.

The Lambing Barn comes complete with a kitchen area, fitted with an oven, large fridge freezer and plenty of preparation areas. This makes it perfect if you’d like to bring your own food and drink, but you are also free to use a professional caterer. Or how about giving your party a street food vibe, dishing up stone-fired pizzas or perhaps freshly-cooked fish and chips from a vintage van?
