Our Award-Winning Farm Shop takes pride of place here on the Priory Farm Estate, regularly voted among the best in Surrey for high-quality produce.
Packed with all the essentials, including the freshest seasonal selection of fruit and vegetables, a wide range of meat in our friendly butchery, delectable cheeses, baked goods, deli treats and lots more.
We are proud to have been awarded the Surrey Life Farm Shop of the Year in 2014, 2016 and 2018, as well as Muddy Stilletto’s Best Farm Shop/Deli in 2022.
Explore our latest recipes, where seasonal flavours take centre stage. Try our cosy cinnamon buns, savoury roasted pork chops with apple and sage, or crispy saffron chickpeas with whipped feta. For comfort, enjoy a hearty vegetable stew, and finish with our rich pumpkin maple pie. All made with products from our Farm Shop.

They search high and low to work with the finest farmers to source fats that promote good health and the range is 100% pure – no emulsifiers, no seed oils or water, just the good stuff. Ever used cold-pressed virgin avocado oil? It’s rich, smooth, and really worth trying! Or try the spray oils, perfect for using in your air fryer.

Elevate your meals with fabulous Thai flavours from The Woolf’s Kitchen. Dominique’s award-winning sauces and oils will inspire you to get cooking. Indulge in a delicious frozen pizza for the perfect night in! Every single Brick Frozen pizza has been hand-crafted from beginning to end using traditional Neapolitan methods. From sauces, meats, and flour, they source all ingredients from Italy and work closely with a handful of Norfolk farmers, suppliers and producers to ensure their vegetables are of the highest possible quality.
Priory Farm Estate Chocolate Malt Balls
Enjoy a sweet indulgence with our Chocolate Malt Balls, offering a tempting trio of flavours: creamy milk chocolate, smooth blonde chocolate, and rich dark chocolate. Each malt ball is encased in its distinct chocolate coating, offering a harmonious blend of crunchy malt and velvety sweetness.
Celebrating Seasonal
We love to celebrate the seasonality of food and our offering continually evolves throughout the year.
Among the many highlights of spring, we celebrate the arrival of the first of the British rhubarb, followed shortly by the succulent spears of the Asparagus crop. Fresh, juicy strawberries are always the star of the summer, with sweetcorn not far behind. In autumn, you’ll find an abundance of crab apples, pumpkins and squashes, grown here on the farm.
As with any seasonal product, our range varies and is subject to our growers and market availability. We are always happy to tell you what we have available, and to reserve produce for you – if there is something you particularly need, get in touch.

Fresh Produce

Our fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables are delivered daily to our Farm Shop. From freshly picked sun-ripened tomatoes from the Isle of Wight to crisp British apples and leafy greens, you’ll find the very best in British produce alongside fantastic produce from further afield.
Bakery
Bread | Cakes | Seasonal & Sweet Treats
We stock a wide range of popular baked goods here in the shop, delivered fresh daily. You’ll find loaves, scones and seasonal goodies from Chalk Hill’s Bakery (who originally founded their bakery here on the Priory Farm Estate).
We are also proud to work with renowned bakery Fellows of Ardingly, who supply a popular range of delicious bread and bakery items. Pop into the farm shop Friday – Sunday and you will find pastries, focaccia and speciality breads from Sussex based The Hungry Guest.
Sweet tooth? We stock a vast selection of tray-bakes, brownies, cakes and other sweet treats, including a selection of locally-made delights from Crosbies, Chalk Hills, Lockdown Bakehouse and Ace Doughnuts.

Butchery

Our butchery provides the very best local beef, lamb, pork, chicken and seasonal game. Based here in our Farm Shop, our butchery is looked after by our passionate team, who ensure all our meat is treated with care, respect and passion for producing an excellent cut by hand.
We thrive to deliver on quality and customer service, with a wide range of both modern and traditional cuts. Our butchery counters are always stocked with a selection of local, free-range and ethically raised beef, pork, lamb, poultry and more, plus our award-winning range of handmade sausages and sausage rolls!
It’s not all about the well-known cuts, one of the best things about buying meat from a butcher is that if you fancy something a little more unusual, our team can help advise!
Approachable and friendly, our expert team is always on hand if you’re stuck for ideas, guiding you on how to prepare your meat exactly how you like it.

We are proud to stock a wide range of local, English and speciality cheeses, including classics such as Stiltons, superb English Bries and award-winning new varieties such as smooth and creamy Black Bomber from Snowdonia and the deliciously light and gentle Ticklemore goats cheese from Devon.
We love supporting local dairies and stock Sussex Charmer, Sussex Marble and Cheese on the Wey. We also stock a range of the very best of the continentals, including French truffle brie, creamy Montagnolo and dutch Gouda. Crackers, chutneys, pickles and all the accompaniments also available.

Deli

The Deli counter at Priory Farm Shop is a real treat, packed with freshly made goodies for any occasion. From our award-winning cheese and marmite sausage rolls and scotch eggs, to seasonally inspired quiches and delicious pies from the team at MyPie, we’ve got everything you need for a light lunch, a no cook supper or the poshest of picnics!
We have a great selection of charcuterie, cured and smoked fish, as well as over 15 different antipasti to choose from, which you’re welcome to mix and match.
Our ever growing range of tasty treats includes balsamic onions from Abruzzo, anchovy fillets from the Adriatic coast and artichokes from Apulia. Not to mention Sicily’s famous Nocellara olives, superbly sweet dried cherry tomatoes and sun dried tomatoes!
Frozen

As much as we love fresh local foods, we understand that time, seasonality and food waste is also a consideration. In our freezers you’ll also find a wide selection of ready meals, ice-creams, fruit and vegetables and lots more.
Our frozen range from Field Fare is extremely popular: loose frozen fruit and vegetables that you can scoop up and buy in the quantities you require, all throughout the year. We also stock a range of frozen patisserie treats, fish fillets, Yorkshire puddings and vegetarian burgers.
In our freezers you’ll also find a wide selection of COOK ready meals, a truly delicious range including family favourites such as Chicken Dijon, Beef Bourguignon, Cottage Pie and Lasagne, family-sized pies, aromatic curries and luscious desserts.

Our farm shop stocks a fantastic selection of local beers, ciders and spirits.
We are extremely fortunate to have lots of breweries nearby – Crumbs Brewing, By The Horns Brewery and Pilgrim Brewery to name a few – so expect to find some local gems amongst our range of speciality beers.
We also have sparkling wine from the local vineyards of Greyfriars Estate and Albury Vineyard, and many wines from destinations around the world. Our local gins include Silent Pool, The Gin Kitchen, Batt’s Hill and Distillers of Surrey.
Looking for something to enjoy alcohol free? We have a selection of fantastic new non-alcoholic drinks available in the Farm Shop, including Freestar non-alcoholic beer, pre-mixed non-alcoholic cocktails and Warners Zero Botanical non-alcoholic spirit, a fantastic alternative to gin.

Our shelves are full to the brim with a wide variety of chutneys and relishes for your cheeseboard. We’ve got jams, honey and curds for your morning toast; and biscuits, crackers and crisps for all your snacking needs. You’ll find an array of condiments for every taste, fresh herbs and spices plus a great range of pasta and sauces for those quick and easy midweek family meals.
Fresh & Frozen Fish

In the Farm Shop, you’ll find fish sourced from the country’s finest smokeries, where time-honoured methods result in the full-bodied, oaky flavour that is their hallmark. You’ll also find handmade frozen fishcakes, salmon wellingtons, patés, breaded goujons and fish fingers.
Just outside of the entrance to the Farm Shop, you’ll find our visiting fishmonger Veasey and Sons for the finest fresh fish, every Friday and Saturday between 9:30am and 2:30pm.
Bringing us the freshest seasonal catch, most of which is caught by their own day boat which fishes between Eastbourne Harbour and Poole Bay. To order fresh fish for collection, please call Veasey and Sons directly on 01342 822906.

If you follow a vegan, vegetarian, gluten free or dairy free diet, we have plenty of alternatives for you to enjoy in our Farm Shop.
Looking to reduce your meat consumption? It’s never been easier thanks to the delicious frozen range from Moving Mountains, including plant based burgers and hotdogs – all available here in our freezers. Alongside our wide range of fruit and vegetables, we stock meat alternatives including tinned jackfruit, tofu and nut roasts, as well as a selection of COOK’s vegetarian frozen range of ready meals.
If you’re dairy-free, you can enjoy a range of alternatives, yogurt from The Coconut Collaborative, a variety of milk alternatives from Rude Health, Hip Oat Milk chocolate, Rubies in the Rubble mayonnaise and Marshfield plant-based ice-creams.
For those following a gluten free diet, you’ll find an assortment of gluten free flours, pasta, gnocchi, crackers, breads, biscuits and sweet treats in our Free From section.
Sugar free? We have a selection of low-sugar alternatives including preserves, chocolates, sweets and cordials, all available in our Free From section.
Little Fish Sushi
We are so excited to have partnered up with Little Fish Sushi to offer a collection point for their delicious sushi and pan-Asian food, including plenty of veggie and vegan options.
You can pre-order (at least 12 hours in advance) through the Little Fish website for collection here at our Farm Shop tills on Wedn – Saturdays (2pm-5pm).
