Estate Sparkling Wines
Classic Cuvée and Rosé
Made in Surrey, our Sparkling Wines are produced by Albury Vineyard using the Great British Classic Method. Albury Vineyard sparkling wines come from grapes grown in the picturesque Surrey Hills, located on the southern slopes of the North Downs, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Estate Classic Cuvée
This timeless blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier exemplifies exceptional sparkling wine. Offering a delicate aroma with red berries from the Pinot, a touch of light citrus from the Chardonnay and a hint of peach. Fresh and vibrant, the wine’s ripe acidity is perfectly balanced by a subtle sweetness to please all the senses.
Estate Sparkling Rosé
This vibrant sparkling rosé is crafted entirely from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, including a touch of Pinot Précoce—a variety that ripens early, lending balance to the wine’s acidity with lush summer fruit flavours. Delicately rose-pink in hue, this dry wine boasts an enticing bouquet of strawberry and dark fruit aromas. Lively, fresh and fruity with a crisp, long finish.
Estate Honey
Delicious and sweet with a lightly floral flavour, our honey is 100% raw and unfiltered, sourced from hives located here on the Priory Farm Estate and produced by East Surrey Bees.
Whether it’s being spread on toast, spooned onto porridge or swirled into a steaming cup of tea, our beautifully delicate honey is sure to be a delicious addition to your breakfast table.
Estate Gin
Introducing our Estate Gin – handcrafted with care and precision. Our London Dry Gin is made in small batches using the finest locally sourced botanicals, resulting in a beautifully spiced and perfectly balanced drink.
We’re dedicated to producing the highest quality gin possible. That’s why we work with Distillers of Surrey, a renowned distillery known for their expertise and attention to detail. Together, we’ve created a gin that’s truly exceptional, with a smooth and sophisticated flavour profile that’s perfect for any occasion.
Estate Blend Coffee
Our Estate Blend Coffee is locally roasted just outside of Dorking by Chris and Monika at Surrey Hills Coffee, available as Ground or as Beans.
One of the very first products in our growing Priory Farm Estate range, you can pick up a bag here in our Farm Shop or enjoy a coffee made with love by our Baristas at the Shepherd’s Hut within Discovery Land.
Orange and Whisky Marmalade
We’ve combined sharp and zesty Seville oranges with a subtle hint of rich Scotch whisky for a delicious addition to your breakfast table.
Produced locally in small batches at the award winning Surrey based Jam Packed, our twist on traditional marmalade will appeal to whisky connoisseurs and marmalade lovers alike.
Courgette & Apple Chutney | Real Ale Chutney
Looking for a delicious addition to your meal? Our chutneys are bursting with flavour and made with love locally here in Surrey.
Our Courgette and Apple Chutney is the perfect blend of sweet and savoury, with a hint of tangy apple and the delicate flavour of courgettes. It’s the perfect complement to cheese boards and cold meats.
If you’re a fan of bold and robust flavours, our Real Ale Chutney is sure to impress. Made with real ale and a blend of spices, it’s the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, sausages or burgers.
Raspberry and Redcurrant Preserve
Handmade locally with the freshest and tastiest ingredients, our Raspberry and Redcurrant Jam is bursting with fruity goodness and is perfect for spreading on toast, scones, or even as a sweet addition to your favourite desserts.
With a higher quantity of fruit and veg per 100g than most supermarket brands, it’s packed with loads of extra flavour, now available here at the Farm Shop.
Beers and Cider
We are so excited to introduce our new range of beers and cider, now available to purchase in our Farm Shop.
1957 Pilsner
Named after the year the Shinner family bought Priory Farm.
A masterfully crafted beer, layered with Pilsner and Vienna malts, with Tettnang and Bobek hops adding gentle warmth and subtle citrus and floral aromas. 4.4% Vol.
Farmhouse Orchard Cider
Named after our beautiful orchard in our walled garden.
A perfect blend of sharp and smooth creates this medium-dry cider, with a subtly tart finish from premium cider apples. 4.6% Vol.
Stockers Gold IPA
Named after our favourite hillside woodland here on the farm, a beautiful spot at sunset!
A golden, thirst-quenching brew featuring a blend of Maris Otter and Munich malts from fine British and German barley, with a bold, refreshing finish. 4.2% Vol.
