Glazed Carrots with Spiced Honey Mustard

An easy and delicious side dish that is perfect with roasts and other main meals.

Tracklements Spiced Honey Mustard

2 tbsp Tracklements Spiced Honey Mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
500g carrots, halved or quartered to roughly the same size
Salt and pepper

All ingredients are available to purchase in our Farm Shop

Preheat your oven to 400°F/200°C

Spoon the Spiced Honey Mustard and olive oil over the carrots and toss until evenly coated. Season to your taste.

Place in a baking dish and roast in the oven for 30 mins, ensuring to give everything a shake half way through the cooking time.
