Summer Berry Colada

This tangy cocktail brings out all the flavours of summer.

Aluna Coconut Rum

Ingredients

60ml Aluna Coconut Rum
30ml pineapple juice
30ml coconut milk
1 tbsp mixed berry jam
1 tbsp frozen summer berries
20ml lime juice
Handful of crushed ice
Mint and fresh berries, to garnish

All ingredients are available to purchase in our Farm Shop

Method

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker for at least 15 seconds with the ice.
Double strain into a tall glass.
Garnish with some fresh mint leaves and fresh berries, if available.
